One on One Personal Training

60 minute session tailored to your needs and goals. This may include rehabilitation exercises, strength training, athletic training, or a general fitness regime for a healthier lifestyle.

Partner Personal Training

60 minute session where individuals share the workout as well as splitting the cost. Up to two other individuals, who have similar goals and restrictions. Sessions are focused on a mix of mobility work, strength training, athleticism and muscular endurance.

Virtual Training

60 minute video call session tailored to your needs and goals as well as your exercise space. Plans are developed based on your workout space and the equipment available to you.

Outdoor Bootcamps

Outdoor Bootcamps take place in local parks (Ottawa East region). Full body workouts focused on muscular endurance and cardio. Minimal equipment and music is provided.

Custom Workout Plans

Developed based on your goals and the equipment you have access to. These plans are meant to be accomplished at home or at a conventional gym. Based on a periodization approach and revised every 6-8 weeks based on individual progress.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultations

Weekly sessions to guide you through a solid plan for healthy eating. Meal plans based on food preferences and goal setting.
